A Newly Built Planned Community
Westlake was incorporated recently and continues to grow as a master-planned community, meaning nearly all of its homes are new construction built to current codes and standards. Repair needs here tend to differ from older communities, often centered on adjustments, installations and warranty-adjacent work rather than fixing significant wear.
As a young, primarily residential community, Westlake has limited commercial development so far. We focus our work in Westlake on residential handyman needs, including installations and small repairs for homeowners settling into new properties, always confirming scope and scheduling in advance.
Westlake work often centers on installations and adjustments for new-construction homes, such as shelving, fixture upgrades, minor carpentry and general punch-list items homeowners want addressed after move-in. Because the community is still developing, most requests are residential, subject to scope and scheduling.
