A Small Village Along the Little River
El Portal is a small, mostly residential village bordered by the Little River, known for its quiet streets and modest scale compared to surrounding Miami-Dade cities. It has little to no commercial district of its own, so nearly all of our work here is centered on homes.
Homes in El Portal vary in age, and residents often need help with the kind of practical repairs that come with older or moderately aged housing: door adjustments, drywall patching, and fixture updates. Given the village's proximity to the river, some homeowners also deal with moisture-related maintenance needs.
We keep our approach in El Portal simple and honest: scope the actual work needed, schedule around the homeowner's availability, and complete it reliably, subject to scope and scheduling.
Because El Portal is almost entirely residential and quite small, our work here is focused on home repair: carpentry, drywall, door and window fixes, and fixture replacement.
